Our Services

An osteopaths hands messaging and treating a patient with hands on manual therapy

Osteopathic Treatment

Osteopathy is a hands-on healthcare approach that helps people with musculoskeletal pain, injury, and movement-related concerns. We take a whole-person approach, looking at how movement, physical load, lifestyle factors, and the nervous system interact with your symptoms and day-to-day function.

Your treatment may include hands-on therapy, tailored exercise, and clear, practical education, along with self-management strategies you can use beyond the clinic. Our aim is to help reduce pain, build confidence in movement, and support long-term improvement, so you feel supported not just during appointments, but in everyday life too.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Our osteopaths will tailor a program aimed at restoring function and mobility after injury, surgery, or illness. It uses guided exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination, reduce pain, and prevent reinjury, supporting healing and long-term musculoskeletal health through clinical assessment and evidence-based care.

Ergonomic Assessment and Advice

We assess how posture, movement habits, and workspace setup may be contributing to discomfort or fatigue during daily activities. Where appropriate, we can provide practical advice on seating, desk height, monitor placement, and keyboard use to support comfort and efficiency at work.

Most bodies are adaptable and resilient, but some people benefit from small adjustments. We may also offer guidance on movement variety, regular breaks, and safe lifting strategies to help manage strain and support day-to-day comfort

Person suffering chronic pain requiring osteopathic treatment

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain persists beyond the normal healing time, typically lasting longer than three months. It often involves complex interactions between the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, as well as social and psychological factors. Osteopaths take a whole-person approach to identify and address mechanical, postural, neural and lifestyle contributors to ongoing pain.

Pre and post natal care during and after pregnancy

Pre- and postnatal care

Osteopathy can support women throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period by addressing musculoskeletal pain, improving function, and promoting overall wellbeing. Osteopaths use gentle, non-invasive manual techniques tailored to each stage of pregnancy and to postpartum recovery.
