Caitie is passionate about helping her patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they love.

Caitie is known for her thorough, compassionate care. She combines hands-on manual therapy with patient education, at-home management tips, and exercise prescriptions for a holistic approach to your recovery. Whether you’ve struggled with chronic back pain or persistent headaches that haven’t responded to other treatments, Caitie’s experienced techniques and strategies can help you find lasting relief.

With a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from Victoria University and a range of additional qualifications, Caitie is constantly enhancing her expertise to ensure the best outcomes for her patients.

When she’s not in the clinic, Caitie is usually listening to an audiobook while tending to her growing collection of plants (both indoor and outdoor!), while battling to prevent her 1 year old son, Avery, from covering himself in soil. She often ventures to her family farm in the NSW Snowy Mountains with her husband, son and 2 dogs in tow.
